Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of their answers as well as the amount of information they had to offer me. I will definitely be a customer of theirs for a lifetime.
They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
