This company does not treat its customers well. We only used them because our pediatrician does business with them, apparently. Our newborn required a piece of equipment for only a few days' time. They did come out to our house and pick up on time. However, their customer service, once a bill was received, is ZERO... Zero response or acknowledgement of our( dozens) messages left *all of which were during their business hours*. Their own message machine states they may need up to five business days to return your call. My first message was left on August 26, 2015 and since then, neither I nor my insurance company has been able to reach anyone to discuss the issue... Except the receptionist, Heather, who directs calls to the billing department voicemail--she never has directed my insurance company or me to an actual person, even when asked if anyone is available to speak with today--seems clueless as to who is working out how to help. It's now Sept. 25, 2015, and not one call had been returned to the insurance company or to myself regarding the bill. My bill says they filled with insurance, and insurance says they absolutely have not--and they became involved in contacting this company trying to obtain a claim number one month ago... That's a far cry from the "up to five business day" window they ask you for.
On top of that, I receive a second bill from them yesterday, Sept 24 (yesterday). It's clear that they either don't check messages or don't care, as the bill does not clear anything up we asked about in our many messages to them. It simply stated that they have already billed us before, and the next bill will add late fees for ignoring the due date! I called within minutes of getting the bill in the mail the first time! Did I mention: the date of service was nine months prior to them billing me initially?

Steer clear of them if you can avoid them!! Unfortunately, we could not. I would give zero stars. Find someone else to use for your medical needs!!
