Received a CPAP machine from this place a month ago and this morning I had a message on my machine that said: motor life exceeded contact care provider. When I looked up what this meant I found out that this message comes on when the machine has 22,000 hours of use and it will not go off. Apparently they sold me a used machine with no life left in it. I have texted Amanda Foy, the office manager 5 times and left several phone messages and none of them have been returned. They also were supposed to have gotten me a new mask and head gear but as of this date, nothing! Very disappointed in this company. I am surprised that any 5-star ratings have been issued!
