Ken was very helpful over the course of both visits I made there and answered all my questions. And I had a bunch of them including the material the frame is made of. The thing I liked the best about this store was the variety of chairs with lifts that they had. I could actually try sitting in them and raising them and lowering them. I could measure the distance needed to the wall with the footrest extended. I found out all I needed to know, went home and measured. Went back and picked the color and kind of fabric and bought at this store. Great experience and great satisfaction with my chair as I use It.

I have purchased 2 electric lift chairs and a rollator walker from this store.
I've been arround for a l-o-n-g time and HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE DEALT WITH or expierenced SUCH ROTTEN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Several people have asked me where I purchased the Rollator Walker because it is extra wide heavy duty. I recommended your store, BUT NEVER AGAIN
The Rollator needs to have the brakes adjusted and a cable repaired. I asked them when I could bring it in for adjustment and was told that the repairman was only in until 11:00. Every time I called (which was several) the repairman was always out on a call. The person who answered the phone suggested I bring it in and leave it and we could pick it up the following business day. Okay...I left it on Friday. Today (Monday) I called to see if it was ready. Was told that the repair man was out on a call. Excuse me, but doesn't in house service (especially since it had been left there over the weekend) have priority over an out-of-store call? So here I am, 4 days later, still without my walker repaired, which I desperately need. No one has bothered to call or give me a time when it will be repaired and when I can pick it up. Of course, I should have been suspicious when it took me 3 phone calls and 2 store visits (and it's 15 miles to their store) just to get the invoice and papers I needed when I purchased it so I could file a claim with Medicare. (They WON'T bill Medicare...apparently it takes to much of their precious time.) Six weeks after purchase, I finally got the papers I needed to file the claim. Very shoddy Customer Service, in fact I wouldn't even classify it as service. I don't claim to be too smart, but I have a B-I-G mouth and you can bet the whole world will know what kind of service this company offers. ZILCH and I've made my last purchase from them. I WILL be giving a call to the Better Business Bureau, rest assured.
