I.V. Solutions LLC located in Deerfield, Illinois is absolutely one of the finest small business's my family has ever worked with. Our association with this business began when our daughter Joanne was released from the hospital to home health care. Her care would require not only multiple doctors and a Home Health Care nurse but also a company that could supply all of the necessary equipment and medications for the home infusion therapy that she would need.
We were impressed with I.V. Solutions from the very first phone call! With only the basic medical information we could initially provide, they then proceeded to gather all of the more detailed information they would need from our daughters doctors and other health care providers. This was done very quickly and once they had determined exactly what supplies and I.V. medications we would need and how often we would need them, they set up a delivery schedule based on what days and times would be best for us!
One of the most impressive things to our family about I.V. Solutions is how they are able to not only deliver any and all supplies we may need right on time but also provide us with answers to any equipment or medical questions we may have concerning their part of our daughters health care. In fact, as a part of the "after hours" service this company provides, we have called them with questions at various times outside of normal business hours and within minutes received a call back from the person we needed to talk to.
The heart and success of I.V. Solutions lies in this company's employees! All of them. Every person we have spoken with or met has been extremely helpful, professional and above all caring, which is very hard to come by in today's business climate! We would absolutely recommend I.V. Solutions to anyone who, like us, finds themselves in need of a company that will take care of every aspect of your home infusion therapy beginning with your very first phone call!
