The owner measured my son for a Brace. When I picked it up, he was not with me. We live an hour away… I tried it on him, it did not fit. Took it back to their store or on another day I happened to be in town and left it with the girl at the register. Explained to her who I was (knew the owner) and she put a note on it. Some time passed and I had not heard from the owner so I called to check on it. No brace. No refund. And she no longer answers my messages via Facebook or phone. Owning a business has its advantages in that you can pick and choose who you would like to serve and who you choose to ignore. Thank you for reminding me that you cannot always trust people you consider friends.
