For as many times as they call and leave Robo call messages, I can't call back and get anyone to answer the phone during the day. I have been with them 10 years and I am getting fed up with them. Just wanting to talk to someone regarding a new headgear.

I placed an order three times and never received anything. I called them after the thrid time and told them I was ordering from another supplier and not to send me anything. They sounded like they could care less. If I could give them minus stars, they would get at least five.
