Twice I went there to order an electric scooter that my doctor wanted me to have. The first time Greg "lost" my info. The 2nd time I waited a month and went in, and the answer was, oh, I like to talk with everyone for a bit before we do the paperwork (He had ALL my contact info, including the doctor and the office manager as I had made a cover letter to go with the application so it wouldn't get "lost" again. Another 3 week wait, supposedly waiting on the doctor, I said enough, and went elsewhere, and a week later, insurance is approved, another 5 days to wait for the scooter to arrive and done. Very, very poor customer service here. No one ever knows anything when you walk in, assuming one can find anyone to wait on you.
