You are by far the worst customer service organization I have ever had to deal with. From day one you gave me the impression that you could care less about providing and kind of service and after a week I'm still waiting for my oxygen, no advance phone call, nothing, we will be there when we get there or feel like it. The person that answers your phone is very combative not to mention not helpful and talking over me every time I tried to say anything. My rating is 1/1000th of a star! If ever asked I will tell people to pick another company, any company but this one

They were not patient with me. The questions I would ask about my supplies they would get very aggravated and defensive. I felt they did not want me as a customer and refused me the supplies I needed. I am glad I went somewhere else, they were more friendly and didn't mind my questions.
