It is extremely difficult to place monthly order. Automatic ordering is not permitted, and so a phone call must be made. No online option and no fax option accepted. Wait times on the phone are consistently over a half hour. As a working professional to be on hold for 45 minutes to an hour every month is often impossible, to order necessary supplies. This is typical business practice ar Coram and happens month after month, being held hostage on the phone.
There have been no concerns with the products or the delivery however, once the order is placed.
