When I first learned that Metro Medical Equipment was the contracted supplier for my health plan I did some online research about them. To be honest, I was a little concerned, since all of the reviews I seemed to find were predominantly very negative. However, when the time came for me to require their services I can honestly say that everyone I came into contact with was friendly and efficient, and I couldn't be happier with the service or devices that they supplied.

This medical supply has the worst personnel I have ever encountered. The phone mannerisms was absolutely unacceptable. This facility exudes total unprofessionalism. I was LIED to by customer service. They constantly blamed the doctors office for the lack of communication by fax in order for me to recieve medical equipment needed for recovery. my surgery was Oct. 1. I have yet to recieve anything relative to my recovery from this Facility. Metro Medical is the WORST medical supply in my opinion in the state of M.I.
