Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced in a long, long time. I was fitted for an arm brace at W&F after major surgery which failed to maintain my arm in the correct position after two weeks. The brace is not even made by W&F, so the poor design is not their fault, but to my utter amazement, the manager claimed that I was somehow abusing the brace and refused to repair or replace it. This despite the fact that I have very limited strength and mobility in that arm. He was surly, suspicious and condescending. I'd advise avoiding W&F at all costs.
