This company lied to us about the purchase of our product. We feel we were scammed. Went to Corner Medical in Red Wing Minnesota to purchase a $299 product and was told our insurance company contracted this product for 10 monthly installments. She never explained to us that the monthly installments were according to what our insurance company agreed to ($40 per month), not the purchase price divided by 10 ($29 per month). Since we have a deductible, the monthly payments were coming out of our own pocket. We are now on the 11th month and just found out that as long as we have the product in our home, we will forever, continually be charged a monthly fee ($40). So much for the 10 month contract we were told about . If we bring the product back , we are out $440 (for a $299 product) that will no longer be ours. At what point does a person stop paying $40 a month for a $299 product? Had this been explained to us by the person who sold it to us, we would've just purchased the product out right for $299. Terrible terrible customer service/relations. Will never do business with them again and will recommend to all our family and friends to stay away also.
