In April 2015 the Doctor ordered a walking cane for my mom. I was told by the sale rep. it would take a few days to get authorization from our insurance co.. I called a week later, still no answer from our insurance co.. by the third week I had to leave a message and as of today, one yr later I have yet to receive a call back. Of course we took our business else where. Recently I found myself in need of their assistance. I stopped by the store at about 3:10 and the store was closed. I stopped again today at 2:20 and to my surprise the store was closed again. The sign on the door clearly states the hours of operation. There were never any signs on the door stating out to lunch or will return. Is this place still open for business I wonder? I have only clicked on 1 star because my review will not be submitted unless I rated the store. My true rating is no star.....
