Working with the supply reorder here. Very kind and courteous person on the other end from Mesa, AZ….. NOT someone from some other country. The only reason I gave four stars was because they do not have an urgent parts resupply option. 7-10 business days, though past experience has been 5 business days. Because of the no urgent mailing option, I will not be able to use my device until the new part arrives. This could be a life threatening situation for some people. Fortunately, not me, but still without that ability what would people do?

Equipment is okay as I have been purchasing C-PAPd for 25 years from Apria, beginning up in Rockford, IL. My problem is using off-shore order takers that do not know the products very well; write up orders for what they want to sell you and not for what you asked for, and not telling me the pre-requisites of doctor meeting etc. until one month later. No machine for 6 weeks was not fun.
