They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite. Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money.
