DO NOT buy retail products from Dressen. I impulsively purchased a transport chair for my mother from their showroom, reduced to $250.00, originally $400 something. This chair was not covered by Medicare. I have since found the same chair, same model, on Amazon.com reduced to $135.19, originally, $149.99. I called Dressen to see if I could get a discount. I was told that was not possible, sometimes things are cheaper online. Well, let me warn you now...BUY ONLINE! I can only imagine what they are charging Medicare and other insurance companies. I was very pleased with the staff, service and friendliness. But, that is where I got sucked in. BEWARE!
