I ended up making a 2 hour drive to Alamogordo and another company because the customer service at Linco is non-existent. Several times I was told I would be called. Each time, I was not called and had to call them again. I had an appointment on Wednesday morning. Jimmy called and said they didn't have all the insurance info together (Medicare and Tricare) and that I would be called that afternoon to reschedule. That was the last time I heard for them. A week later I made an appointment with another company. I certainly do not want to put my important medical supply needs in the hands of a company that obviously doesn't care.
