I have been using Pulseair Medical since my mother was alive & first started using them 1998-2002. I used them again to help my first husband, 2003-2005, & again for my second husband, 2010-2012. I also went to Pulseair for myself in 2004, & again in 2015-PRESENT. They have always returned my calls appropriately, sent supplies out to me within an hour after I called them, & when I was using Oxygen, called to remind me that it was 1 day away from when they would be closed & checked on me to see if I needed any Oxygen Canisters or Supplies for the weekend!

The wait was absolutely ridiculous. They are almost always unavailable, and very seldom return phone calls. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. Every time I come in for an appointment or call with questions, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating to not feel important as a patient and customer. Personel continuously place blame for not having supplies on physicians office not providing perscriptions for over 2 weeks. Physicians office took care of issues immediately, Pulse air still tried to blame delay on Physician. It took threatening to take business elsewhere to get a prompt response, they called within 15 minutes.
