This business gives absolutely excellent caring service to customers who are on oxygen. My oxygen concentrator failed at midnight on Saturday and I was reluctant to call anyone at that late hour. I made it through the night on other oxygen supplies and the called on Sunday morning. Healthcare Solutions sent out a driver with a new concentrator and it was there within a hour of my call. The employee who came checked my concentrator and found that it was not working. He replaced it with a new one and showed me how to work it. He was very pleasant and very helpful.

Very kind and respectful. Explained everything thoroughly about the equipment they were providing for me and were very knowledgeable and able to answer every question I asked. Excellent Medical Supply Company! And great customer service!
