After working with this company for over a year for my grandmother with Multiple Sclerosis, my father and I have had issues on every order whether it be a wheelchair, scooter, or other equipment for the betterment of my grandmother's health and mobility. With this current order which is a scooter, all arrangements were made with insurance companies, Doctors, and Premier Medical. While staying in contact with Premier it has taken weeks passes the original time line to order and receive the equipment. When asked why this is and trying to find answers the owner takes it upon himself to state that we should take our business elsewhere. There is a mass amount of paperwork to only start up with a company like this with paper trails to Doctors, Insurance companies, and equipment providers. This inhibits us from being able to take our business to a more organized and responsible company. I don't know what the Better Business Bureau can do to fix this consistent issue with Premiere Medical, but I would hate to see someone else end up in this same stressful situation.
