I recently had to call this company for service on a hoyer lift. The service man went out of his way with prompt, courteous assistance. The bureaucratic wheels were "oiled" by his outstanding customer service skills. As a previous customer service rep, I am very knowledgeable about what constitutes "above average" customer service. He was factual, prompt, and had great follow through. I appreciated this and it has caused me to put this company on my top list for DME providers for my consumers!
