Every time I have an appointment something goes wrong. They have taken too much money for a payment from my bank account, they set me up with a CPAP machine that they did not know how to use or service, I fell in the bathroom when leaving the shower because the drain back up and flooded the bathroom floor and most recently (11.27.12) I was scheduled for a sleep study with my new CPAP machine and after driving 35 minutes, they tell me that my study was cancelled but no one knows why??? I am on oxygen 24/7 and my general health is not good...the last thing I needed was to make a useless drive in 35 degree weather and risk my health. I am certainly going to complain to my insurance company, the Attorney General and any one else I can....this place is run horribly. Go somewhere else if you can.
