The place (north Portland location) seems to be run by children in need of adult supervision and direction. I am a current client and have been for years but growing weary of their non-responsiveness and incompetence. I may need to find another provider. My husband has encountered the same lack of informed client treatment and refuses to return. They seem to either miscommunicate or wake up in a new world every day. Lack of training? High employee turnover? Probably.
