We purchased a Walker from this company for after my back surgery, in January the insurance was late paying so when this company got around to billing me, they said they sent me two statements, Yet just got one on Friday for the remainder, said my statement was past due, yet no bill before Friday, So I am paying the bill, but these companies need to get a life. I am contacting BBB about their demands when I just received the Bill. Jeeze get a life
