Service is non existent. I called to purchase a replacement mask for a unit I purchased from them over 5 years ago. I was told to call a number in York. by the person answering the phone. It was 855-854-0202. I called the number and a recording told me to call another number.
I ordered a replacement mask from a mail order company instead. I won' bother this company again.
