They were very polite and professional.I was greeted at the door and given as much time as was need to get properly fitted for the equipment I needed. I am glad that they are located in a safe neighborhood. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I had a very pleasant overall experience and will go back again.
