HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! They barely answered any of my questions over the phone. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. Don't even bother calling if you have any questions about their medical supplies or if you are on TennCare. I tried and none of my questions were answered, which is frustrating seeing how I was looking to buy some equipment.
