Very poor service. Company delivered the wrong hospital bed to my disabled father twice. The 2nd bed was broken upon delivery, and was made in a way that prevented him from being able to transfer from chair to bed. They were asked at that time to take the bed back, and they refused. 5 days later, we finally got them to come pick the bed up, and they refused to bring his other bed back in the house. It's against company policy, unless they paid the delivery guys $75. These people left a disabled man in a wheelchair with no bed, and expected a disabled woman who has had several strokes to be able to move and assemble the old bed. These people are rude on the phone and in person, and obviously do not care about the patient.
