I have been frustrated by the service I've received. My questions are not adequately answered. They did not pay attention to my needs relative to my height and condition. I probably will not recommend them.

Very well informed technicians who are friendly and trying their very best to make you feel comfortable so you actually USE your CPAP and not just let it sit on your night table untouched. Fortunately we live during a time when there such simple devices are available to help us stay healthy and live longer. The people here genuinely want to do everything possible to help us do just that. They are very patient making sure you understand the process, explain everything, including your insurance options and that you leave with equipment that is right for you. Going to Lincare is a great choice. (I would have given them 5 stars if they just spruce the place up a little!)
