Totally unprofessional, my opinion is take a look at this companies reviews before trying to get what you "need" and asked for. I trusted "someone" at this company and it was evident after the delivery of the totally wrong equipment that everything I talked to them about the equipment must have gone in one ear and out the other. I would seriously look into this company before considering using them.
