I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. Carlos Correo needs to be fired. He disrespected me on the phone. I was just calling to ask him about the website and some of the products he has on there so I can choose for my grandfather and didn't even listen to me. I guess he assumed it was a sales call but even sales people need to be treated with respect. My advice Carlos is that you at least listen to the customer and not hang up on them. You never hang up on customer and you should know that. People be aware of the service here, it stinks.
