Very disorganized and once they bill your insurance company, they are DONE providing service to their customers. There is NO follow up and if you need additional support, info or help they will give you the run around until you stop calling!
It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all.
