I am new to the CPAP way of sleeping. I've had to try out three different masks. The last one was close to doing the trick but, I could only last 1.5, 2 hrs. but not really sleeping. I decided to get the full mask but this time the lady said no. If I wanted to switch I would have to buy it. Company policy, she said. As I mentioned, this is new to me. Some of these young people working behind the counter texting on their phones, need to realize that people using their services are in need of assistance. They don't think about that. Good luck to them when they get older. I'll be returning the equipment. The gentleman sizing me up for the mask was very useful and professional, Mr. Franklin.
