The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
