AND THEY HAVE ALOT OF COMPLAINTS WITH (BBB - better business beau) PRODUCTS ARE ALSO CHEAP AND WILL BREAK QUICK AND SHE WILL ACCUSE YOU OF BRAKING THEM .. DON'T USE (In-Home Medical Supply) Go to another company that will appreciate your business.

DO NOT BUY OR DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.... the CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS... the lady that answer the phones and talk to is sooo rude and nasty..... not nice at all .... find another person to supper to deal with... trust me on this one,..... They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them.
