They were easy to reach. When I called they answered right away. They paid attention and my questions were answered. I feel like their customer service skills lack, but I feel confident with their ability to do pharmacy related work well. They are local, which is a plus, but they are also the fastest at filling a prescription, if they have your medication in stock.
