I have been enduring Performance Home Medical for almost 16 years. Every order I place requires multiple follow-up calls and results in disgust. I honestly can no longer deal with lost orders, three-week shipping time (which for them is virtually "next-second air") and, never, ever, ever, being able to speak with a human representative on the day I dial their listed telephone number. When you do call their number, you have the good fortune to experience an endless circular directory of how to annoy you further and defer your call to another useless electronic dead-ended trail of how we'd rather not have to deal with you, only to be followed by the inevitable perpetual on-hold music complete with further requests to not waste their time. That was a run-on sentence but should have outlined the experience you shall certainly encounter. Actually, employing commonly accepted scientific proof models, I have little evidence to support that there are actually people on the premises they list as their address. I've honestly given them a fair opportunity (16 years now) to improve their customer service, inventory control, logistics, processing, and communication model. You can further identify they have removed any type of "Tell us how we're doing" feedback interactive element from their website and any post-call verbal or electronic voice request to take a customer satisfaction service survey for obvious reasons. I cannot imagine how many customer complaints their poor employees must field on a weekly basis. It certainly must exceed the number of sales orders they create as their performance certainly encourages customers to complain more than once. It must be horrible to work there. The employees should receive Federal Disaster funding. Please, for the sake of your sanity and health, select an alternate provider. Find one in South America, Europe, Antarctica, or in a Middle East war zone. No other entity could possibly fail to perform a well as PHM. I've reached out to many others who try to use them as a supply source, and it seems this somewhat is the consensus amongst patients.
