The office worker BJ was more than helpful and was very professional in helping us with our move

We call starting a month prior to our move out of state to get my mother in law what she needed prior to moving. We were told to contact the office manager and respiratory therapist and she would take care of getting a provider here in NC and get all paper work transferred. Numerous calls to her were unanswered and never returned and so finally about a week and half prior to move we visited the office and she had decided to take the day off.

This manager is not doing her job and is putting lives of people in jeopardy by not doing her job. Not being able to get her help we just brought the concentrator with us and willl return when WE get this taken care of fmost likely by ourselves.
