Staff was very knowlegeable and helpful. They were able to help me and look to the future of my needs. The showroom is very nice and allowed me to see different things and even test them out. They have almost anything you could need.

I have an Invacare powerchair that needs service. Boll Medical, no matter how much they "promise" in their ads, only provides service if you purchased the powerchair from them. And since they are the ONLY service provider in this region I do not feel they are really "customer-oriented." VERY DISSATISFIED!
