They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
