They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I have lived in Ketchikan for over twenty years. The trouble Ms. Small is experiencing seems to me like some sort of witch hunt. I have never heard of ANY wrong doing by this caring woman.
By the way, my records also disappeared without a trace.
