I will never take my child back here.ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!!.
I never write poor emails, or comments, or anything of the sort. However this I cannot let go unnoticed. My son came to see the doctors here several times, One incident I had him scheduled for his well child check, and they had it down as an ADHD appointment! how in the world you mix up a well child check and ADHD i'll never know.
The instance that has thrown me over the edge however just occured. I have switched doctors to a closer more convient private practice and went to request my sons shot records, to which i got maybe 1/3 of them. I made sure to ask "is this all of them" before i left to which i was told "yup that's everything". After seeing his new doctor she informed me that alot of his shots were missing. I had to go digging myself to find the rest of his shot records, I even had to contact the school as his previous doctor had moved and Cincinnati childrens fairfield would not take my phone calls and would not return my messages!!!! This is outrageous! What if my son would have ended up getting unnessicary shots due to your lack of record keepings?! what if something else had gone wrong? I'm glad that nothing bad did occur But these are MEDICAL RECORDS!!!!! they should be treated as such and not treated as though they're just another piece of paper! I will NEVER go back to this location and i will tell every single person i know to avoid this location
