LOVE Dr Baker and her staff! They take great care of all 3 of my dogs. I called Dr Baker one evening on her cell phone when my Chihuahua was lethargic, throwing up, and extremely weak. She immediately suspected heat stroke and walked me through cooling him down. When I called back 45 minutes later to tell her he was doing better, she was very relieved.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I'm not used to veterinarians not providing food and water for pets, but they don't here. They'll get it for you but you have to ask several times before anyone actually does it. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
