I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
