Some symptoms of this can include: anxiety, racing mind, cold/clammy hands and feet, grinding of teeth, muscle tension and bowel irregularities, just to name a few. Your body is in the “Fight or Flight” state when like this, meaning it is sensing stress or danger and is asking you to change your environment for the safety of your body. The problem worsens when we don’t change the environment or how we deal with the environment. As a result, health continues to spiral downward.
