Owner of James Manor took advantage of our mentally ill uncle, who was released care there following hospitalization at Fitchburg State Hospital. Owner convinced ailing, vulnerable uncle to disinherit his entire family and make the owner full beneficiary of his estate. Owner refused to speak, meet or cooperate w/ family, despite numerous efforts to look after our uncle's best interests After uncle's death in 09/12, owner sued family for even more money, has ruined our lives for @ 2 yrs w/ his unfounded, unwanted lawsuit vs uncle's heirs at law (nieces). Buyer Beware!!!
