I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
