They have Sr and military discounts for this provider's office. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
Great staff!!! They love animals.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. I found a puppy on the side of the road and noticed it needed immediate attention. I walked into the office and they saw my puppy on the spot!! W were then able to schedule follow up appointments. My puppy is healthy and vibrant! I have the option of going to the on post vet clinic, however I will only use this vet!!
