I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. The cnas there are extremely nice to the patients but it seems to be that when state or the family is gone everyone in the office is also gone and leave their nurses and cnas to do what has to be done the office personal especially diane acts to be considerate about her patients only when she knows that stae will be in the bulding or the coorporation will be in the buliding and alos everyone that works in administratio. the cnas seem to be surprised when this happens because it only happens when state is there.. state was there when i visited my mom at the facility and i heard one one of the cnas talking about her experiences there and she was very upset at how administration there was all a lie and did not care for there residents or there staff members at all..
